Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using our state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center, guaranteeing an incredibly precise mold processing error of just 20um. This precision ensures the highest quality standards in every mold we create, resulting in flawlessly designed slides for an exhilarating aquatic experience.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
For our premium fiberglass products, we source the finest raw materials from INEOS, featuring an exceptional blend of high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Our collaboration with AOC Aliancys brings you pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Moreover, we utilize the world-renowned curing agent from Nouryon, ensuring unparalleled durability. We also employ alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its outstanding high density, unmatched strength, and smooth surface, delivering seamless transitions and
resulting in unparalleled performance and enduring quality.
