Our fiberglass molds are meticulously engineered using state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining technology, ensuring precision with an incredible processing accuracy of just 20 micrometers.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We source the primary raw materials for our unparalleled fiberglass products from industry leaders. INEOS supplies us with high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, while AOC Aliancys provides pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. To ensure top-notch quality, our curing agent is supplied by Nouryon, the world's foremost brand. Additionally, we utilize premium alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its exceptional density and strength. This cloth offers a smooth surface and seamless transitions, contributing
to the product's remarkable performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slides are crafted with a specially designed gelcoat layer, incorporating two layers of high-grade waterproof resin at the base for enhanced protection, while other sections are fortified with superior resin. The waterproof resin boasts exceptional corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention capabilities, far exceeding the physical properties of conventional unsaturated resins. This advanced protection prevents water infiltration, which can otherwise cause blistering, delamination, and structural integrity loss.
