Our state-of-the-art fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using an advanced five-axis CNC machining center. This cutting-edge technology ensures a precision mold processing error of a mere 20um, guaranteeing the highest quality standards.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We take pride in sourcing the primary raw materials for our fiberglass products from renowned industry leaders. INEOS provides us with their exceptional high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Complementing this, AOC Aliancys offers us their advanced pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Additionally, we utilize a premium curing agent from Nouryon, the world's foremost brand. To ensure unmatched product quality, we employ alkali-free fiberglass cloth characterized by its distinguished high density, strength, and smooth surface, facilitating seamless transitions for
outstanding performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is expertly engineered with two specialized layers of waterproof resin at the base. The rest of the structure is fortified with superior enhanced resin. The waterproof resin's unparalleled features, including its superb corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, provide superior physical properties compared to standard unsaturated resins. This innovation prevents water penetration, averting issues like blistering, delamination, and loss of strength.
