Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted with precision using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center. This advanced technology ensures that the mold processing errors are kept to an incredibly minimal 20um, guaranteeing impeccable quality and accuracy.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
For our fiberglass products, we source only premium raw materials. Our selection includes high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat from the renowned INEOS. Additionally, we use pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin supplied by AOC Aliancys, ensuring exceptional durability. The curing agent is provided by Nouryon, a global leader in the industry. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, famed for its high density and strength, along with its smooth surface, and seamless transitions, delivering
exceptional performance and reliability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is meticulously engineered with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the foundation. The remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin to maximize durability. The superior quality of our waterproof resin excels in corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, offering far superior physical attributes compared to conventional unsaturated resins.
