Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining centers. This cutting-edge technology ensures precision with a mold processing error as minimal as 20um, guaranteeing exceptional accuracy and quality.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We pride ourselves on sourcing the highest quality raw materials for our fiberglass products. Our primary suppliers include INEOS, known for their superior high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoats. We also partner with AOC Aliancys for their pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resins. To ensure optimal curing, we use agents from Nouryon, the world's leading brand. Our choice of alkali-free fiberglass cloth is strategic, boasting high density and strength. Its smooth surface ensures seamless transitions, resulting in
remarkable performance capabilities.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is engineered with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation. The remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin, offering unmatched durability. The waterproof resin offers outstanding corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, delivering superior physical properties compared to standard unsaturated resins.
