Our fiberglass molds are expertly crafted using state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining technology, achieving a precision mold processing error of a mere 20um.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We source the primary raw materials for our superior fiberglass products from industry leaders. Our materials include high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat from INEOS, as well as pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. Our curing agent is provided by Nouryon, a world-renowned brand. Additionally, we use alkali-free fiberglass cloth, known for its exceptional density, robust strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, resulting
in outstanding performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is meticulously designed with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base, while the remainder is reinforced with advanced resin. This waterproof resin offers exceptional corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, providing superior physical characteristics over standard unsaturated resins.
