Our fiberglass molds are crafted using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center, which ensures a remarkable mold processing precision error of a mere 20um. This precision guarantees the meticulous quality and consistency that our clients expect from our superior product offerings.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The essential raw materials for our fiberglass products are meticulously sourced from industry leaders such as INEOS, which provides high-performance isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat known for its exceptional water and weather resistance. We also utilize pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. Our curing agent, supplied by Nouryon, the world's foremost brand, ensures optimal performance. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, prized for its high density, strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, providing
in outstanding performance that excels in every application.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide's gelcoat layer is strategically engineered with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation. The other sections are fortified with enhanced resin, offering unmatched advantages such as superior corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention. The enhanced physical properties of this specialized resin surpass those of standard unsaturated resins, preventing water penetration that could cause blistering, delamination, and strength loss.
