Our fiberglass molds are expertly crafted using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center, ensuring precision with an incredible mold processing error margin of just 20um.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We pride ourselves on sourcing the finest raw materials for our fiberglass products. From INEOS, we obtain cutting-edge high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. AOC Aliancys provides us with pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin, while Nouryon, the world-renowned brand, supplies the curing agent. We use alkali-free fiberglass cloth, esteemed for its remarkable density, strength, smooth surface, and flawless transitions, resulting
in outstanding performance that surpasses expectations.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer boasts a robust design with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its core. The rest of the structure is fortified with enhanced resin. This innovative waterproof resin offers exceptional benefits, including resistance to corrosion, waterproofing capabilities, and mold prevention, providing superior physical properties compared to standard unsaturated resins. This ensures the prevention of water penetration, which could otherwise cause blistering, delamination, and weakened structural integrity.
