Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our commitment to excellence begins with sourcing premium raw materials for our fiberglass products. We select only the finest from industry leaders: INEOS provides high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. AOC Aliancys offers pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin, ensuring robust durability. Complementing these is our curing agent from Nouryon, a global leader in chemicals. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its superior density, strength, and smooth, seamless surface transitions, thereby

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer begins with two meticulously crafted layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base. This is complemented by reinforced resin throughout all other sections.
