Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The primary raw materials for our exceptional fiberglass products are meticulously sourced from renowned industry leaders. INEOS provides high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. AOC Aliancys supplies pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Nouryon, the world's leading brand, delivers the curing agent. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its high density, incredible strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, resulting
in outstanding performance and long-lasting durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is ingeniously designed, integrating two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base. The remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin.
