Our fiberglass molds are masterfully crafted using an advanced five-axis CNC machining center. This state-of-the-art technology ensures unparalleled precision, with a mold processing error reduced to an impressive 20um, guaranteeing flawless results.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The primary raw materials for our premium fiberglass products are meticulously sourced. INEOS provides us with top-tier high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. AOC Aliancys contributes pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Complementing these is the curing agent from Nouryon, renowned globally as the leading brand. We meticulously employ alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its exceptional high density, strength, and smooth surface, ensuring seamless transitions.
This combination results in outstanding performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is meticulously constructed with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base. The other sections are reinforced with high-quality resin, offering added strength. The key advantage of our waterproof resin is its remarkable resistance to corrosion, water, and mold, surpassing standard unsaturated resins.
