Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Sourced from industry leaders, our primary raw materials are of the highest caliber. From INEOS, we obtain high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. AOC Aliancys provides us with pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin, while the world-renowned Nouryon supplies our curing agents. Our fiberglass cloth is alkali-free, offering unparalleled density, strength, smoothness, and seamless transitions, all culminating
in exceptional performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer boasts a robust design featuring two specialized waterproof resin layers at the base.
