Our fiberglass molds are skillfully crafted with precision using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center, guaranteeing an impeccable mold processing error of merely 20um.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The key raw materials for our premium fiberglass products are sourced from renowned suppliers. INEOS provides high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, while AOC Aliancys supplies pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Complementing these is our top-notch curing agent from Nouryon, a world-leading brand. We use alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its exceptional density, immense strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, ensuring
outstanding durability and performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is meticulously engineered with two specialized layers of waterproof resin at the foundation. The other sections are fortified with advanced resin for enhanced durability. The waterproof resin stands out due to its extraordinary corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention capabilities, delivering superior physical attributes compared to conventional unsaturated resins. This protection effectively prevents issues like water penetration, which can cause blistering, delamination, and structural weakness.
