Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining technology. This precision engineering ensures an incredibly low mold processing error of just 20um, highlighting our commitment to excellence and precision.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The core ingredients for our premium fiberglass products are sourced from industry-leading suppliers. We use top-tier materials from INEOS, including high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, we incorporate AOC Aliancys' pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Nouryon, the foremost global brand, provides the advanced curing agent. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth noted for its remarkable density, strength, and smooth finish, ensuring seamless transitions.
