At the heart of our innovative production is the use of advanced technology. Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using a five-axis CNC machining center, which guarantees a precision mold processing error of merely 20um, ensuring superior quality for each fiberglass slide.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We select only the highest quality raw materials for the creation of our fiberglass products. From INEOS, we utilize high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, AOC Aliancys supplies us with pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Nouryon, the world's premier brand, provides our curing agent. We also incorporate alkali-free fiberglass cloth known for its outstanding density, unparalleled strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, all combining to result in
an impeccable level of performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide manufacturing process begins with a specialized gelcoat layer, incorporating two layers of waterproof resin at its foundation. The rest of the structure is fortified with enhanced resin, which offers exceptional corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, far surpassing the capabilities of conventional unsaturated resins. This advanced protection prevents moisture penetration that could lead to blistering, delamination, or reduced strength.
