Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We source the highest quality raw materials for our fiberglass products, beginning with INEOS's exceptional high-performance isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, renowned for its water and weather resistance. Additionally, we incorporate the innovative pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. To ensure the best curing process, we select Nouryon's top-notch curing agent, the leader in this field. Our choice of alkali-free fiberglass cloth is due to its remarkable density, strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, culminating in
outstanding performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is meticulously engineered with two specialized layers of waterproof resin at its foundation, complemented by reinforced resin in all other areas. This waterproof resin boasts exceptional resistance to corrosion, unparalleled waterproofing capabilities, and effective mold prevention, providing superior physical properties compared to standard unsaturated resins. This protective measure prevents water penetration, thereby eliminating risks of blistering, delamination, and strength degradation.
