Our fiberglass molds are crafted with precision using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center, ensuring an exceptionally low mold processing error margin of only 20um.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The primary raw materials for our fiberglass products are meticulously sourced from industry leaders. From INEOS, we acquire a high-performance, water and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. From AOC Aliancys, we use pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent, sourced from Nouryon, the world's premier brand, ensures optimum performance. To achieve superior product quality, we incorporate alkali-free fiberglass cloth, acclaimed for its high density, exceptional strength, smooth surface finish, and seamless transitions.
This combination results in outstanding performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide's gelcoat layer is expertly designed with an initial dual-layer of specialized waterproof resin at the base, while the rest of the sections are fortified with enhanced resin. The benefit of using waterproof resin is its remarkable resistance to corrosion, waterproofing capabilities, and mold prevention properties. This superior formulation offers distinguished physical characteristics over standard unsaturated resins, adeptly preventing water infiltration that can lead to blistering, delamination, and reduced strength.
