Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description

Sourced from industry leaders like INEOS, our water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat ensures durability and longevity. AOC Aliancys provides us with pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin, while Nouryon supplies the curing agent, a globally trusted brand. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its high density and strength, along with a smooth surface that guarantees seamless transitions. These materials contribute to
delivering outstanding performance and reliability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide's gelcoat layer is expertly designed with dual layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation. The remaining areas are fortified with high-performance resin. This specialized waterproof resin offers exceptional corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, surpassing standard unsaturated resins in physical properties.
