Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The primary raw materials for our superior fiberglass products are sourced from INEOS, known for high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Complementing this is the inclusion of materials from AOC Aliancys, which employ pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. The curing agent, pivotal to our product's integrity, is supplied by Nouryon, the world-renowned leader in the industry. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth celebrated for its impressive density, unmatched strength, smooth surface finish, and seamless transitions, resulting
in outstanding performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is meticulously engineered with two specialized waterproof resin layers at its foundation, while the rest of the structure is strengthened with enhanced resin.
