Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our commitment to quality begins with sourcing the finest raw materials for our fiberglass products. We select our primary materials from renowned suppliers, including INEOS, whose high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat ensures durability and longevity. Additionally, we use pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. To ensure impeccable curing, we rely on Nouryon, the world's leading brand, for our curing agent. Our process incorporates alkali-free fiberglass cloth, known for its unparalleled high density, strength, and smooth surface, ensuring seamless transitions

Our fiberglass slide construction features a specialized gelcoat layer with dual layers of advanced waterproof resin at the base. The other sections are fortified with enhanced resin.
