Our fiberglass molds are intricately crafted using a cutting-edge five-axis CNC machining center. This precision technology ensures a remarkably low mold processing error of merely 20um, delivering unmatched accuracy and consistency.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
At the heart of our fiberglass products lies a selection of premium raw materials. We source from industry leaders such as INEOS, utilizing their high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, we rely on AOC Aliancys for pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Complementing these materials is our curing agent, supplied by Nouryon, the world-renowned authority in chemical manufacturing. To ensure unmatched quality, we incorporate alkali-free fiberglass cloth, recognized for its superior density, exceptional strength, and flawless, smooth surface, enabling seamless transitions and resulting
