Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining technology. This precision engineering ensures a minimal mold processing error, maintaining an incredible accuracy of just 20 micrometers (20um).

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
For our premium fiberglass products, we source only the finest primary raw materials. From INEOS, we select high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, we choose pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. Completing our top-tier materials is the curing agent from Nouryon, a global leader in the field. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its exceptional density, unmatched strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, culminating
in remarkable performance and longevity.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide's gelcoat layer is expertly designed with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation. The remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin. The key advantage of this waterproof resin is its excellent resistance to corrosion, its robust waterproofing capability, and its ability to prevent mold formation. It offers superior physical properties compared to conventional unsaturated resins, effectively preventing water penetration that could lead to blistering, delamination, and weakened structural integrity.
