We take pride in our precision-engineered fiberglass molds, crafted with state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining technology. This results in an impeccable mold processing accuracy of just 20um, showcasing our commitment to excellence and detail.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our fiberglass products are created from premium raw materials sourced from industry leaders. We utilize INEOS's high-performance isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat that is both water-resistant and weatherproof. Complementing this, we use AOC Aliancys's pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. For curing, we trust Nouryon, the world-renowned brand. We use alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its high density and strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, which together ensure
outstanding and reliable performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slides boast a meticulously designed gelcoat layer, featuring a dual-layer of specialized waterproof resin at the base. The remaining areas are fortified with enhanced resin, offering exceptional physical properties like corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention. These properties prevent water intrusion, which could otherwise cause blistering, delamination, and reduce strength.
