Our fiberglass molds are engineered with precision. Using advanced five-axis CNC machining, we ensure a mold processing error limited to a mere 20 micrometers, demonstrating our commitment to excellence.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
For our exceptional fiberglass products, we meticulously select primary raw materials. We source from INEOS, renowned for their high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, AOC Aliancys provides us with pre-accelerated, thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent, from the prestigious Nouryon, ensures the ultimate finish. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its incredible density, strength, and unblemished surfaces, ensuring seamless transitions that result in
outstanding performance and unparalleled durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide construction begins with a meticulously designed gelcoat layer, incorporating two layers of specialized waterproof resin. The rest of the structure is fortified with enhanced resin. The waterproof resin offers distinct advantages such as high corrosion resistance, effective waterproofing, and mold prevention, outshining typical unsaturated resins. This advanced formulation safeguards against water infiltration, preventing issues like blistering and delamination, thus maintaining structural integrity.
