Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We meticulously source the primary raw materials for our fiberglass products from industry leaders: INEOS provides high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. AOC Aliancys contributes with pre-accelerated, thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Complementing these, Nouryon, the world's preeminent brand, supplies our curing agent. We utilize high-density, alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its substantial strength, smooth texture, and seamless transitions, all of which culminate
in an exceptional performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is expertly crafted with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation, while the rest is fortified with reinforced resin. The waterproof resin is particularly advantageous due to its exceptional resistance to corrosion, water, and mold, offering superior physical properties over conventional unsaturated resins.
