Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using cutting-edge five-axis CNC machining centers, achieving an unparalleled precision with a mold processing error margin of an incredible 20um. Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The primary raw materials for our top-tier fiberglass products are sourced from renowned global suppliers. We use premium materials from INEOS, which feature a high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, AOC Aliancys provides us with pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent is sourced from Nouryon, an industry leader worldwide. The alkali-free fiberglass cloth we employ is distinguished by its high density and strength, offering a smooth surface and seamless transitions that ensure
