Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
At the heart of our fiberglass products are premium raw materials sourced from industry leaders. INEOS provides us with high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Complementing this, we utilize pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. Our curing agent, entrusted to us by Nouryon, the world's preeminent brand, ensures impeccable curing quality. We take pride in employing alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its high density, exceptional strength, a polished smooth surface, and seamless transitions, culminating
in extraordinary performance excellence.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide features a meticulously designed gelcoat layer, constructed with two specialized layers of waterproof resin at the base. The remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin for added strength.
