Our fiberglass molds are expertly crafted with precision using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center. This advanced technology ensures a meticulous mold processing accuracy with an astonishingly low error margin of just 20 micrometers, guaranteeing high-quality production.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The primary raw materials for our fiberglass products are meticulously sourced from renowned suppliers like INEOS and AOC Aliancys. They feature a high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, alongside pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Nouryon, a world-leading brand, provides our curing agent. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its exceptional density, strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, resulting
in outstanding performance and longevity.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is meticulously designed with two protective layers of specialized waterproof resin at its base, while the other sections are fortified with enhanced resin. The superior quality of the waterproof resin provides exceptional resistance to corrosion, waterproofing, and mold prevention, offering remarkable physical properties surpassing those of standard unsaturated resins. This ensures the prevention of water penetration, avoiding issues like blistering, delamination, and compromised strength.
