Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center. This advanced technology ensures precision with a mold processing error as minimal as only 20 micrometers, guaranteeing exceptional accuracy and quality.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We take pride in sourcing the finest raw materials for our fiberglass products. Our high-performance ingredients include top-tier isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat from INEOS, renowned for its superior water and weather resistance. Additionally, we utilize pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. The curing agent, a critical component, is sourced from Nouryon, globally recognized for excellence. To enhance durability and strength, we use alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its high-density, exceptional strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide construction features a gelcoat layer expertly designed with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base. The remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin.
