Our fiberglass molds are expertly crafted using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center, ensuring an exceptional precision with a mold processing error of an impressively minimal 20um.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The primary raw materials for our fiberglass products are selectively sourced from industry giants: INEOS, providing us with high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. We also rely on AOC Aliancys for their pre-accelerated, thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent comes from Nouryon, a globally recognized leader in the field. For optimal results, we use alkali-free fiberglass cloth known for its unparalleled high density, strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, ultimately delivering
in outstanding performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is meticulously designed with two foundational layers of specialized waterproof resin, while the remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin. This unique waterproof resin offers superior benefits: corrosion resistance, exceptional waterproofing, and mold prevention, trumping the physical properties of standard unsaturated resins. This advanced composition prevents water penetration that could cause blistering, delamination, and compromised structural integrity.
