Our fiberglass molds are crafted with precision using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center. This cutting-edge technology guarantees a meticulous mold processing error of a mere 20um, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every mold.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The primary raw materials for our fiberglass products are sourced from top-tier suppliers. INEOS provides us with premium high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. We also rely on AOC Aliancys for their pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Additionally, we incorporate a curing agent from Nouryon, the world's leading brand, that enhances the durability of our products. Our fiberglass cloth is alkali-free, praised for its remarkable high density and strength. It features a smooth surface with seamless transitions that culminate
in unmatched performance and reliability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is meticulously designed with two robust layers of specialized waterproof resin at its base.
