Our meticulously crafted fiberglass molds are produced with a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center. This advanced technology ensures an incredibly precise mold processing error of just 20 micrometers.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We source the primary raw materials for our fiberglass products from industry leaders to guarantee exceptional quality and performance. These materials include high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat from INEOS, and pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. Additionally, we use a curing agent from Nouryon, a global leader in specialty chemicals. Our choice of alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its high density, strength, and smooth surface, ensures seamless transitions and
delivers unparalleled performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide manufacturing process is a testament to superior engineering with a gelcoat layer specifically designed for durability. It incorporates two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base, with other sections fortified with enhanced resin. The waterproof resin stands out for its exceptional corrosion resistance, waterproofing capability, and mold prevention, surpassing standard unsaturated resins with its superior physical properties. This effectively prevents water intrusion, which might otherwise cause blistering, delamination, and compromised structural integrity.
