Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our fiberglass products are composed of premium raw materials. We source from INEOS, featuring high-performance water and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, AOC Aliancys supplies us with pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. For curing, we rely on Nouryon, the world's leading brand. Our products utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its high density and strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, resulting
in exceptional durability and performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer incorporates two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base, while other sections are reinforced with enhanced resin.
