Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center, ensuring precision with a mold processing error as minimal as only 20 micrometers. Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The primary raw materials for our fiberglass products are sourced from globally renowned suppliers, INEOS and AOC Aliancys. INEOS provides us with high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, ensuring durability and longevity. AOC Aliancys supplies pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. The curing agent, delivered by Nouryon, the world's leading brand, complements our materials by enhancing strength and stability. We incorporate alkali-free fiberglass cloth known for its high density, strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, which culminates
in outstanding performance, resilience, and reliability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is ingeniously designed with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation, while the remainder is fortified with enhanced resin.
