Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We exclusively source the highest quality raw materials for our fiberglass products from industry leaders. Our premium isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat sourced from INEOS offers exceptional water and weather resistance. Furthermore, we utilize pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. Nouryon, a world-renowned brand, provides our curing agent. Our use of alkali-free fiberglass cloth stands out due to its impressive density, strength, and smooth finish, ensuring seamless transitions for
an exceptional performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Each fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is expertly designed with two foundational layers of specialized waterproof resin, while other sections are fortified with enhanced resin. This waterproof resin is distinguished by its outstanding corrosion resistance, waterproofing capabilities, and mold prevention, offering superior physical properties compared to conventional unsaturated resins.
