Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted utilizing the advanced precision of a five-axis CNC machining center. This state-of-the-art technology ensures an astonishingly minimal mold processing error of just 20 micrometers, setting a benchmark for exceptional accuracy and quality in mold production.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The paramount raw materials for our exemplary fiberglass products are expertly sourced from INEOS, known for their superior high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Complementing this, we procure pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. The curing agent, a critical component, is provided by Nouryon, the premier brand globally. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its remarkable high density, unparalleled strength, flawlessly smooth surface, and seamless transitions. This meticulous selection of materials culminates

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is ingeniously crafted with two specialized waterproof resin layers at its core, fortifying the structure. The other sections are further strengthened with enhanced resin. This waterproof resin is renowned for its remarkable corrosion resistance, unmatched waterproofing, and mold prevention capabilities, surpassing the physical properties of conventional unsaturated resins.
