Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We take pride in sourcing the primary raw materials for our fiberglass products from industry leaders. INEOS provides us with high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. From AOC Aliancys, we obtain pre-accelerated thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent is supplied by Nouryon, a global leader in the field. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth renowned for its high density and exceptional strength. Its smooth surface allows for seamless transitions, resulting
in exceptional performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is ingeniously designed with a dual layer of specialized waterproof resin at its base. Each remaining segment is fortified with enhanced resin, which stands out for its remarkable corrosion resistance, waterproofing capabilities, and mold prevention properties.
