Our cutting-edge fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center, ensuring unparalleled precision with a mold processing error of a mere 20um.

We source our primary raw materials from industry leaders. Our fiberglass products boast excellent water resistance and durability, courtesy of the high-performance isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat from INEOS, renowned for its weather-resistant properties. Complementing this, we use pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. The curing process is enhanced by Nouryon, a global frontrunner in chemical manufacturing. The use of alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its high density and strength, ensures a smooth finish and seamless transitions.
