Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We take pride in sourcing our primary raw materials from industry leaders. Our fiberglass products feature high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat from INEOS and employ pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. The curing agent, sourced from Nouryon-a globally renowned brand-complements our use of alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its remarkable density, strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions. This meticulous selection and combination of materials ensure that our products deliver
outstanding performance with every use.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is thoughtfully engineered with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its core, while the remaining parts are bolstered with enhanced resin. This innovative use of waterproof resin provides exceptional corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, offering superior physical properties over standard unsaturated resins.
