Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We take great pride in the exceptional quality of our fiberglass products, which begins with sourcing the finest raw materials. We partner with INEOS for high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, ensuring unmatched durability. Our collaboration with AOC Aliancys provides us with pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. The curing agent is sourced from Nouryon, the world's premier brand. Additionally, we utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its density, strength, and smooth finish, resulting in products that offer
superior and long-lasting performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is expertly designed to include two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base, while other sections are fortified with enhanced resin. The waterproof resin offers excellent corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, providing far superior physical properties compared to conventional unsaturated resins. This advanced composition effectively prevents water penetration, which could otherwise lead to issues such as blistering, delamination, and strength reduction.
