Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center. This advanced technology ensures a precise mold processing error of a mere 20 micrometers, delivering unparalleled accuracy and quality in every mold.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our superior fiberglass products are constructed from primary raw materials sourced from industry giants. We leverage INEOS for their high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. For the resin, we partner with AOC Aliancys to utilize their pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Adding to this, the curing agent is procured from Nouryon, a world-renowned leader in chemical solutions. Our choice of alkali-free fiberglass cloth is deliberate for its exceptional density, remarkable strength, and smooth surface, ensuring seamless transitions and
delivering exceptional performance and reliability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is innovatively designed with two specialized layers of waterproof resin at its base, while other sections are reinforced with enhanced resin.
