Our meticulously crafted fiberglass molds are produced using state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining centers. This advanced technology guarantees an exceptionally low processing error margin of just 20um, ensuring precision and perfection in every mold.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
To create our superior fiberglass products, we select only the finest raw materials. Our primary components are sourced from industry leader INEOS, which provides high-performance, water and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Complementing this, we utilize pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. Nouryon, a global front-runner, supplies the curing agents. Additionally, we use alkali-free fiberglass cloth known for its exceptional density and strength. This premium cloth offers a smooth surface and seamless transitions, resulting
in unparalleled performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is engineered with precision, incorporating two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its base. The other sections are fortified with enhanced resin. This waterproof resin is distinguished by its exceptional properties, including impressive corrosion resistance, waterproofing capabilities, and mold prevention. These characteristics surpass those of typical unsaturated resins, effectively preventing water infiltration, blistering, delamination, and strength degradation.
