Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our commitment to quality begins with sourcing the finest raw materials. Our fiberglass products incorporate premium components from renowned industry leaders like INEOS, which provide high-performance isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, known for exceptional water and weather resistance. Additionally, we partner with AOC Aliancys for pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Nouryon, the top name in the industry, supplies our curing agent. We also utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, prized for its high density, superior strength, and smooth finish, ensuring flawless, seamless transitions. This combination
yields unparalleled performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide construction begins with applying two layers of specialized waterproof resin for the gelcoat layer, while further reinforced resin is integrated into other sections.
