Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We meticulously source our primary raw materials for fiberglass products from industry leaders. INEOS provides us with high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, while AOC Aliancys supplies us with pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent, sourced from Nouryon, the world's premier brand, ensures premium quality. Our fiberglass cloth is alkali-free and renowned for its high density, exceptional strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, culminating
in truly outstanding performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is engineered with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation, while other sections are fortified with enhanced resin. This waterproof resin's superior corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention offers dramatic improvements over standard unsaturated resins, effectively preventing water penetration that can cause blistering, delamination, and weakened strength.
