Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining centers. This cutting-edge technology ensures an exceptional mold processing error precision of just 20um, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The primary raw materials for our fiberglass products are sourced from industry leaders. INEOS provides us with high-performance, water and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, while AOC Aliancys supplies pre-accelerated, thixotropic unsaturated polyester resin known for its remarkable strength. Complementing these are curing agents from Nouryon, the world's foremost brand. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its exceptional density, strength, and smooth surface, ensuring seamless transitions and resulting in
outstanding performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slides are expertly crafted with a gelcoat layer incorporating two specialized waterproof resin layers at the base.
