Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center, guaranteeing precision with a mold processing error of a mere 20 micrometers, ensuring impeccable quality in every slide.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We source the primary raw materials for our fiberglass creations from industry leaders. INEOS provides us with high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-proof isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Partnering with AOC Aliancys, we utilize pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent of choice is supplied by Nouryon, a globally recognized leader. To ensure unparalleled strength and smoothness, we use alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its high density and seamless transitions, which together
deliver remarkable, consistent performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer incorporates two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation, with the remaining sections fortified by enhanced resin. The waterproof resin showcases exceptional corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold inhibition, surpassing standard unsaturated resins with superior physical attributes. This design effectively prevents water penetration, blistering, delamination, and ensures the slides maintain their strength and durability, consequently extending the lifespan of our fiberglass slides to an impressive span of up to 10 years.
