Our fiberglass molds are crafted with meticulous precision using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center. This advanced technology ensures a mold processing error as minimal as 20um, setting a new standard for excellence.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We source the primary raw materials for our fiberglass products from the prestigious INEOS, recognized for their high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, partnering with AOC Aliancys, we utilize pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. The curing agent, a product of the globally-renowned Nouryon, complements our materials. We employ superior-grade alkali-free fiberglass cloth characterized by its exceptional density, strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, all contributing to
in outstanding performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer features two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its base, while other sections are fortified with enhanced resin. This waterproof resin boasts remarkable corrosion resistance, waterproofing abilities, and mold prevention-outperforming standard unsaturated resins in physical properties.
