Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The premium quality of our fiberglass products begins with sourcing the finest raw materials: from INEOS, we acquire high-performance isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, renowned for its exceptional water and weather resistance. Complementing this, we utilize pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. Our curing agent is provided by Nouryon, a global leader in chemical manufacturing. For reinforcement, we employ alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its unparalleled density, strength, smooth surface, and flawless transitions.
