Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our commitment to quality begins with sourcing premium raw materials for our fiberglass products. We partner with INEOS for high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. From AOC Aliancys, we procure pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin, noted for its superior quality. Complementing these is the curing agent from Nouryon, the leading global brand in its category. Additionally, we utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its remarkable attributes such as high density, strength, and a flawlessly smooth surface. This material ensures seamless transitions, leading to
outstanding performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

For our fiberglass slides, the gelcoat layer incorporates two layers of resilient waterproof resin at its base, with the rest reinforced using advanced resin. This waterproof resin has notable virtues of corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, providing physical properties that surpass standard unsaturated resins. Consequently, it effectively prevents water penetration, which can cause blistering, delamination, and a reduction in strength.
