Our state-of-the-art fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using a highly advanced five-axis CNC machining center. Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We take pride in sourcing the primary raw materials for our fiberglass products from industry leaders. INEOS provides us with their top-tier, high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. AOC Aliancys supplies us with their superior pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. To ensure optimal curing, we rely on Nouryon, the world's foremost brand for curing agents. Our use of alkali-free fiberglass cloth is crucial, as it is renowned for its exceptional density, strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, which collectively
culminate in delivering outstanding performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat is ingeniously engineered with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its core base. The other sections are fortified with enhanced resin, providing a robust framework. This waterproof resin excels in offering exceptional corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention. Its superior physical properties far surpass those of standard unsaturated resins, effectively preventing water penetration, which can otherwise cause blistering, delamination, and compromise the structural integrity.
